At this point, just before Thanksgiving break, many students have already rented apartments for next year. But there are also a lot that, still looking. So if you haven’t found your off-campus housing near Cornell for 2022-2023 do not despair. With this year being the first year back of in-person classes, there was definitely an early surge for renting. So if you were just settling into your classes and dorm living, or your current off-campus apartment at the beginning you might have missed it. But, the fact is there is still a lot of great rentals here at PJ Apartments.
Don’t Wait
Ok, so you may have missed out on the initial rush. The good news is, we save a lot of great apartments for rent. We have everything from a 9 bedroom down to a 1 bedroom apartment in Collegetown. The best piece of advice is to not wait until the Spring semester begins. Secure your housing before then. By the Spring the inventory is just not there, and you may have to settle for lower quality at a different renting company. Working so hard at your studies you do not deserve to settle for less than average housing. You can rent with us, in our beautifully renovated historic homes.
