Cornell University Life for 2021-2022

Forecast?

What is this academic year going to look like at Cornell University?  We know students are coming back to full in-person classes.  This year we know vaccines are required for students and the latest word is masks will have to be worn in class and indoors.  We know our Collegetown off-campus housing is fully rented for the academic year.  This year will feel similar to the pre-pandemic year but with masks as the only difference.   But it is exciting and there is excitement in the air on and off-campus.  Maybe you will be living in one of our beautifully furnished apartments near Cornell this academic year?  Maybe you want to live in one of our apartments next year?

Cornell Student Housing

This year for the first time Cornell is requiring all freshmen and sophomores to live on campus.  So now you have to “put your time in” in the dorms.  The dorms can be a really fun and rewarding experience.  It is a small part of the process in order to graduate and carry on with your life.  It makes it very exciting to become a junior and finally be able to live in Cornell off-campus housing.  So before you know it you will be searching for apartments for rent near Cornell.  You can get a head start on that now!  Are you a sophomore this year?  Email us today at PJapartments@gmail.com

Off-Campus = Living on your own

Once you arrive at off-campus housing near Cornell you will be living as an adult and on your own.  This is always a big transition but you will have a comfortable apartment in Collegetown to call home. We provide affordable student rentals in Collegetown.  So having something that is both comfortable and affordable is a big perk.  A great place for you to spend your last few years at Cornell.  Our location is only a block away from campus and right near the heart of Collegetown.
